Training materials
Throughout the project, the partners developed detailed training materials dedicated to helping SMEs transition to a greener economy. As our Training curriculum indicates the training course is divided into 6 modules in total each of them containing 2 or more units.
The program is the first of its kind because it combines practical examples and theoretical knowledge on how to transform a real-life business into a greener and more sustainable one.
The materials are developed in 2 versions - for SME's decision-makers and for business consultants.
The modules are designed to be delivered between 2 and 3 hours each. Each module contains:
- a PowerPoint presentation (the presentation can be used for self-learning or presenting the material in front of an audience).
- a workshop plan (the workshop plan is dedicated to guiding anyone on how to present the module in a practical manner and to combine the theory and the practical exercises).
- a training textbook (the textbook contains all the needed information on the topics including additional references for more exploration).
Each module and its parts are designed to be delivered by non-experts by simply following the workshop plan and preparation from the training textbook.
